I love the change in fashions too -- my hand-stiched suede coat and distressed leather coat are fall favorites. :-)

Good to hear from you!
Peace,
MaryMary DeTurris Pousthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06681978685726230673noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7307560128789606491.post-77419107704256555822011-05-13T21:04:15.370-04:002011-05-13T21:04:15.370-04:00I live in--and love--the Northeast as well for a c...I live in--and love--the Northeast as well for a couple of reasons, one of them being the seasons. The changing seasons allow us to don new looks depending on the temperature: there's "capris and sandals weather," "summer dress" weather," "light jacket with jeans" weather and, lastly, "sweater and boots weather." It revives me each time I shed a part of my wardrobe temporarily as I shake off the cold and welcome lighter weather and wear.

On a different note, the pictures of the bleeding hearts in your garden are lovely. I planted one bleeding heart bush years ago and have watched it spread and beautify the garden with its unique heart-and-tear-drop shaped flowers. Brings a smile to my face just thinking about it.

Be well.JDhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05234966786590125696noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7307560128789606491.post-76326073516385814472011-05-12T10:45:06.617-04:002011-05-12T10:45:06.617-04:00What a beautiful, lush garden. I too missed the changing seasons during our stint in Texas -- though was so blessed to be open to the beauty there -- something I never thought I would appreciate.

God bless!
ekelizabethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11931015377867378049noreply@blogger.com
